Bats and Owls: Night Flyers

Discover two fascinating creatures that rule the nighttime sky. Students will find out what it means to be a mammal and bird respectively, as well as how both of these animals have adapted to a predatory, nocturnal lifestyle. By exploring their lifecycle and behaviors, our goal is to dispel some of the myths surrounding these animals that have long been a source of fear in the dark and attempt to foster an understanding and appreciation for both species. This program is great for students of all ages and weather permitting, will include both indoor and outdoor activities. No live specimens will be used in this program. Book a school field trip
