COVID-19 Guidelines

Please note that Up Yonda Farm Environmental Education Center is a county government facility operated by Warren County. In light of the ever changing COVID-19 situation in Warren County, our current policies are as follows for both indoor and outdoor programs, per Warren County Public Health, guidelines released by the New York State Education Department, and the CDC:

  • All guests who are unvaccinated, including children under the age of 12 who are not yet eligible for vaccination, must wear a mask over the mouth and nose at all times during programs and while indoors
  • We ask that you follow Warren County Public Health’s recommendation to, “…wear masks or face coverings in crowded public places where you do not know the vaccination status of all who are around you”. These public settings include at Up Yonda Homeschool programs, as our staff will not ask for your proof of vaccination to both respect your privacy and protect staff from confrontations. Masks and face coverings must cover the mouth and nose.
  • Please contact us ahead of your program date/time for the possibility of reasonable accommodation for individuals who are not fully vaccinated and/or who are unable to wear or have difficulty wearing certain types of masks because of a disability
  • We are unable to accommodate guests who are unable to follow these Warren County Public Health guidelines at this time.
