Paint With Patrice

Workshop Information

Enjoy a two-hour workshop with instructor Patrice Jarvis-Weber. Paint with Patrice classes are geared for beginners, but open to all ages and artistic abilities. Participants will use acrylic paints on an 8×8 or 8×10 inch stretched canvas and take home a finished painting. All supplies are included in fee.

2023 Programs

Pre-registration required. $12 per person in addition to $5 per vehicle Day Use Fee. Members $7 per person.
Class size limited to 10 participants.

Thursday July 6, 1:00-3:00 “Bumblebee in Thistle Greens”

Join Patrice in painting this fuzzy bumblebee. While you’re painting, you’ll learn more about bees at Up Yonda Farm from a Naturalist.

Saturday October 7, 1:00-3:00 “Whimsical Halloween”

Join Patrice for a fun seasonal painting session featuring one of Up Yonda Farm’s favorite nighttime animals – a bat! While you’re painting, you’ll learn about bats, including their importance to our ecosystem from a Naturalist.

Saturday December 9, 1:00-3:00 “ADK Winter Lake”

As the nights grow longer in December, join Patrice to paint a lake in winter illuminated by a full moon. While you paint, you’ll learn about winter in the Adirondacks from a Naturalist.

About Patrice

Patrice Jarvis-Weber has worked in and for local art and educational facilities for over 20 years. She has organized and led workshops for adults and children in art centers, libraries, senior centers, and schools including Saratoga Arts, SUNY Adirondack, BOCES, Double H Ranch, and World Awareness Children’s Museum. Patrice aims to instill appreciation of the arts and to encourage everyone to try making art.
