– All fees to be paid by cash, check or credit card.
– Payment is due prior to the start of the program and will be collected when you arrive onsite.
– You cannot pay for the program in advance, refunds are not available.
– Programs may contain indoor and outdoor activities.
– Please be sure everyone is dressed for the weather.
– If you must cancel your field trip, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
– Up Yonda reserves the right to cancel (before 8:45 AM on the scheduled date).

Facility Regulations

– Carry In, Carry Out. All of your trash leaves with you.
– Dress for the weather; all programs include indoor and outdoor activities.
– Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
– Please stay on the trails at all times.
– Collecting any natural materials is prohibited.
– When walking on the grounds, be as quiet as possible in order to observe wildlife.
– Please silence cell phones during programs.
– Sports equipment and activities are prohibited.
– Hunting, firearms, fishing, camping, fires and barbecues are prohibited.
– Swimming and wading in the pond or wetland areas is prohibited.
– Report all injuries to a staff member immediately.
– No pets are allowed on the property.
– Respect the property rights of adjacent landowners.
– No indoor lunch facilities.
– Groups attending a program will have picnic pavilion available to them.
– Please share the picnic shelter with other groups. (This does not typically happen)
– Please Note: Our restrooms have composting toilets, and use no water for toilets or sinks. Antibacterial hand cleanser is available. No trash should be thrown into the composting toilets.
